Venders also are having problems becaude of Chinese New Year. I began on Feb 3 and lasted for 15 days, I believe. So that put everything behind too. I know that Royal Smokers has taken the store off line until next week so they can catch up on their orders.

On a side note, maybe something like this can be done against the FDA: Philadelphia Man Forecloses On Wells Fargo

Basically, what the gentleman did was provide a legal writ that required a formal written response. When the bank didn't respond, he was able to forclose on them. I know the FDA has a habit of discontinuing response after one or two interactions, maybe there's some kind of loophole where we can do this as well reguarding held shipments.
