FDA to now begin investigating e-cigarettes
FDA to now begin investigating e-cigarettes | Ocala.com
ANR, FL DOH and drug industry funded ALA make more false claims about e-cigarettes to confuse and scare readers.

Wasn't aware that FDA issued a June 26 advisory, No. 2013-015 on e-cigarettes. I'm on FDA's e-mail list, and I didn't see.
If anyone finds it, please post.

Still haven't found FDA's June 26 Advisory, No. 2013-015 on e-cigarettes, but I found an old FDA video clip (that I'd never seen before).

FDA’s Janet Woodcock’s “We don’t know” and “We are extremely concerned” video confuses and scares public about e-cigarettes

When I typed in on FDA's search "electronic cigarettes No. 2013-015"
it posted the following FDA webpage on e-cigs, which has been up for more than a year, and was most recently updated on April 25, 2013.
Electronic Cigarettes (e-Cigarettes)

Don't know where the FL news reporter got his info about FDA's June 26 Advisory, but I can't find it.

Bill: The story now contains a Correction, right at the top of the page stating that the agency was the FDA of the Phillippines.

The reporter or his editors also changed the title of the article from "FDA to now begin investigating e-cigarettes" to "Are e-cigarettes healthier?"

Nothing like citing a document from the Philippines in an article about US FDA regulation.

Isn't the ANR illegally suppressing/oppressing the American voters who vote in their state? Their goal is cut off the lose strings that our State left attached. They use fearmongering, misrepresentation, exaggeration, propaganda, and all underhanded techniques in order to bully and convince individual towns to destroy the law that the State put into practice by the vote of the Americans living in that state.

okay, so I'm not the best at words, but I'm sure you all catch my drift. I hope somebody can stop these dictators before they move onto the next issue. No rights will be left by the time they are finished.

Interesting about ANR (Americans for Nonsmokers' Rights) and its "sister" foundation, ANR Foundation; did some digging last night, and here's an interesting read (link is broken):

hxxp://www.no-smoke. org/pdf/anrvsanrf.pdf

As a non-profit, ANRF is required to file a 990 with the IRS. The foundation was in receipt, in 2012, of well over 1.5 million in donations and "grants." The list of contributors has been blanked out on the pdf available online (where do you suppose some of those large amounts come from, hmmmm?), but checking their list of individual donors on the website brings up, as a donor in the $1000-5000 range, of... that little ant, S. Glant[...]. They're all located in the San Francisco area. ANR and ANRF state they share staff. Not wearing a tin hat here, but can't help notice several connections and correlations...

Know thine enemy, is all I have to say...

So I should believe the FDA 10 Former Wonder Drugs Gone Bad I cant say that this reference is for sure the truth but I do recall some of the drugs listed here. After reading this should I really look for FDA approval? You can still buy a pack of smokes so that must be OK then right? Why can't they just do their job and tell us the risk/benefit and move on. Ecigs aren't new and if there was a real problem we should have heard of it by now.

Guess I'd better toss my vitamins, cause they're not FDA approved either....

Edit: Oops, or are they, but just not as drugs?

I may be wrong, but I believe they are regulated as food supplements. I also believe caffeine falls under this same category, as I believe nicotine should be once more studies are provided that are based on pure nicotine research. I have a feeling that won't happen, but I can still hope for the best, while preparing for the worst.

Regulations are formulated on agendas ... Not "pure research"
If ya ask for regulations ... Your wish will come true.
However, ya ain't going to like it !!
