FDA Vaping question ?

So im learning more and more about the FDA and vaping and I wanted to ask

is the fda going to outright ban vaping all together ?

what will be left when the FDA does finally ban items. Will it be Vuse and other store e cigarettes or will they to be gone?

what about vapes that you have to go into a store and buy will they be affected?

so many questions!!!!

As you look through the different topics on this forum, you'll gain more insight. As far as I see it, what the FDA would like is to have a few disposable vapes left that will cost as much, if not more, than regular cigarettes.

No. That would be open & honest. Not how government works.

FDA-approved smoking cessation aids from Big Pharma. Perhaps some Altria & Reynolds product. Maybe a few others, for the sake of appearances. And cigarettes.

Affected. Gone.

Everyone is still waiting for the FDA to finish processing PMTAs for approval or denial. So far no vaping products have been approved but the only denials have been flavored eliquids, nearly 1 million. Products with denied PMTAs must be removed from the market. No real way to tell what if anything will be approved going forward, at this point it's guesswork. Stick with the reliable sources such as the FDA CPT Newsroom or CASAA or Vaping360 for the most accurate and up to date information.
