Fair enough, you're entitled to your opinion.
Frankly, i hope my foreboding about deeming regs comes to Nothing..
If they decide to try and overstep, the courts will then decide where the buck stops when they attempt enforcement and get challenged.
It's gonna be interesting to see how they plan on enforcing the upcoming regs, and how they handle the legal challenges.
It was both I believe. That was one of the original objections to cole-bishop, but you know, any port in a storm.
As for being able to enforce it, they can just not approve replaceable battery mods. Sure, that won't stop us, here, but they don't need to do that. All they need to do is stop John Q who's making the decision at the gas station between buying another pack of reds or trying one of those vapor things.
The biggest hurdle is thinking we can negotiate with crooks.
Its all about controlling that revenue stream.
