Our Atty General is taking on E-cigs. This all seems harmless at first because he wants to start out with making sure they aren't sold to minors. But as his TV interview continued, he began discussing eliminating flavored e-liquid all together.

He also discusses a "special" tax over the sales tax to discourage kids from being tempted to purchase - yea right! It's all about the money.

yes the children.
ok,how about all those flavored vodka's?
chocla'tini anyone?
how about some loopy vodka? (taste's just like fruit loops cereal,no kidding.)
lets not forget the schnapps too.
then there's all that nicotine gum packaged to look like all those intense flavored ones
the kids all love.
lets not mention that new drug use by children has leveled off the last ten years.
that includes everything.
that means the % of kids that are going to experiment, are going to experiment and
no law or more money is'nt going to change that fact.
quite frankly i dont think there is a gateway drug anymore.
its just as likely to be alcohol, tobacco, ther parents med's,or the drug du jure .

this hiding behind the children is getting pretty old.
i think its time we enforce the law.
through out compliance checks and arrest all these little miscreants that are breaking the law.
prosecute them, and fine or imprison them.(i'm kidding about the fine and imprison part.community service would be fine.)
:2c:

If ya peel back the onion far enough
you'll often find money at the core.
