Yes! And Merry Christmas to all of us!! The FDA really got slapped down. I am sure they will have something unpleasant for us up their sleeves,but let"s enjoy this moment. It makes me have faith again in our Court System.

Court rules FDA cannot block e-cigarette imports
Three judges of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit on Wednesday ruled the U.S. Food and Drug Administration can only regulate "e-cigarettes" as tobacco products and not as drugs, and thus cannot block their import, Reuters reported.
