the real problem starts... 18 is the legal age to buy smokes... no wonder the figures jump.... if a 16yo was asked if he smoked, hed probably say no to stay out of trouble. when they hit 18, they can come out and say what they want because its legal for them now...

Figures probably jump at 21 for alcohol consumption as well. Good point, I didn't even think about that.
