Ok, I'm vaping over a year now and decided I needed a present so I got a Reo mini. I bought some cisco 306 atties to go with it and now I don't know how to use them!! There is a cap on them so I can't see the bridge and not sure if I'm supposed to take it off or not. I was planning on using a drip tip with them. I feel like an idiot but I don't understand. Could someone please come to my rescue? Thanks for your help.

remove cap, you will see atty body and bridge. drip tip essentially replaces the cap and fits the same way the cap that came with it does, but has a hole in the end for you to drip through.
The cap can sometimes be hard to take off, had to use a pair of pliers to get mine off. When I put my 306 drip tip on (in place of the cap) I put a little of my juice on the edge of the DT, so that it slides down over the atty easier.
