It's unavoidable really, your desire to keep at it matters most. It took more than one pack to get you hooked in the first place and it'll take more than one pack to "wreck your hard work". I smoked my pipe twice in two weeks, and bought a pack today *gasp*. I went through my 26mg and I tried stepping down too fast. All I have is 12mg and Tuesdays are rough at work for me. Not going to let it break my stride though. Ordered some more juice and I'll make sure to keep some higher nic stuff on hand for stressful events now.

I am perfect, and have never failed at anything I set my mind to, including picking up an e-cig and never, ever faltering and reverting back to cigarettes, and oh yes, pigs fly.

Andy, it’s not a failure that you went back to cigarettes, just a bump in the road. Nothing says you can’t continue picking up your e-cig in between bouts with the tobacco, and quit beating yourself up for finding comfort in an old friend (even if it is a tube of tobacco) in your time of need.

I’m so sorry for your broken heart, and while it’s easy enough to say the words “everything will get better,” it just doesn’t make much difference when you’re in the middle of it. The only thing for it is to embrace those moments when you can see the sunlight, however brief they may be, and allow yourself time to grieve in between. Hopefully, soon enough the sunlight will be more plentiful than the darkness, and you’ll feel more like the person you’re entitled to be.

Just know that you are in the thoughts of many, and we wish you the best both in your grief and your struggle.

Andy, I'm not sure what mg you are using but I would be glad to send you some high mg nic juice. A few drops in your cart or carto may just do the trick when you are really yearning for a cigarette. PM me your address and your juice and mg preference and I will send you some higher nic stuff to chase those cravings away. After you get something in your stash to give you a good hit of nic, you may just want to put the cigs in a place that really takes a determined effort to get to them. Like the top shelf of a closet or cabinet, the trunk of your car (preferably under your spare tire and jack). lol One that takes a chair or a ladder to get to them. lol. That way you will have a moment to decide whether or not that is really what you need/want. Otherwise, like everyone has said, don't beat yourself up about it.
