1.is it a horrible idea to get one used? what kinda craziness am i looking at if i need something repaired.
2. how accurate is the lead time on the website, i would like one better sooner than later.
3. is it no longer possible to get the textured black finish? i really dislike shiny glossy mods.

1. No just find one from a reliable person. Nobody with less than 100 posts is what i would say. I doubt it would be much to get one repaired.

2. Lead time is pretty accurate. It could be shortened by a week or lengthened by a week depending on when you submit your order. Good thing about getting it new and just waiting for it would be the warranty (with an option for an extended warranty that extends the standard 1 year to a 2 year).

3. No they do not offer the textured black finish anymore. If you don't want something shiny just get the satin silver version and you are all set.

I ordered one two weeks ago on a Sunday morning and had it by Wednesday afternoon. I bought the silver satin finish, it's not too shiny at all, but at least now I can see it sitting on my black counters or on my coffee table in the dark. I went with a new one since the warranty doesn't transfer and as much as I think we're all a great bunch you can't count on someone not disappearing just as you need warranty work. I also purchased the 2 year warranty. I hope to never have to use it, but with my luck this will break on day 366.

eh, i got one used from a good member on the site, so i know it was taken care of. hopefully all is well, and if i do happen to need repairs, provape will work with me.
