Well I don't do twitter or facebook or the like but, I blasted it out over PeopleNet to all my drivers and asked they broadcast it on the CB if they were anywhere in the area. (I have 14 truck in NY today and, I know the others have been telling anyone headed that way to spread the word.

Might help knowing one of the largest ports in the nation is in NY and, there are jobs there for Americans and, nicotine, e-cigs and, all come through that port daily and, onto trucks driven by American citizens. Sure it's a small percentage of all we do haul but, it's one load a driver wouldn't have, and that is an average of 0.35 per mile that driver would loose, and the load might just go all the way to Ca, that means just one load of e-cigs and related items could cost an American driver 770.00 out of his pay. That, my friends is a week's pay for that driver and, he probably has a family to support. You really want to take that from him by trying to ban vaping? (and the driver doesn't even have to vape to end up with a portion of his paycheck depending on vaping being legal. (Not to mention the fuel, tax and, operating authority fees NY looses if I get mad and pull all my trucks out of there for good. (Only about 5 grand per year per truck, and I can pull 68 of them immediately and, have the industry connection to get another 2500 pulled in a month.)

Maybe it's time the ANTZ realized vaping affect more than just us vapers in a positive way? (Of course the same is true of smoking and, just about everything else.)
