OK - had to edit out the bit URLs for the forums and put the full ones in... did a bit of other formatting, but should be OK to go here.

The link for the KY and RI links are the same. I live in KY and will definitely like to send out some emails. I don't get how they expect to ban ecig usage AND impose a 40% tax. That seems kind of counterproductive.
