Additionally, CASAA has issued two new CQ Roll Call Campaigns for California to express consumer opposition to defining e-cigarettes as “cigarettes” under any section of California law:
- CASAA: Call to Action! California Ban on Internet Sales (AB 1500) and Ban on E-Cigarette Usage (SB 648)

Second, despite the news reports, there is still a bill in the NJ Assembly that would levy a punitive tax on #ecigs. Let’s keep reaching out to NJ Lawmakers and ask them to oppose it.

@kenanderson20 I've been a vocal opponent of this tax and thanks to our opposition it was excluded from last night's proposed budget.
