URGENT UPDATE for Massachusetts residents: HB 3726 is still in play and has now progressed to the House Ways and Means Committee after having received a favorable recommendation from the House Committee on Health Care Financing.
In addition to banning sales to minors (which CASAA supports), HB 3726 also (1) bans e-cigarette use wherever smoking is prohibited and (2) defines e-cigarettes as a "tobacco product," lumping e-cigarettes in with combustible cigarettes for state law purposes.
CASAA has created a CQ Roll Call Campaign for Massachusetts residents to help you express opposition to HB 3726. More details can be found in the updated Massachusetts Call to Action and the CQRC campaign for Massachusetts
CASAA: Call to Action! Massachusetts E-Cigarette Usage Ban -- HB 3726 (formerly HB 3639) (UPDATED 7/30/14)
