Hello ECF! My name is Jake, or Cogger (pronounced "sogger"), or whatever you feel like calling me. My name comes from a nickname my friends and I have for ecigs, we call them "cogs". Not a clue as to why. I've been vaping for about a year and a half now. Though most of you will find this strange, I was never an analog smoker. I was actually massively into smoking ........., which I am now free of. The reason I started vaping, is because I feel that I am "addicted" to the physicality of smoking. But now it's just become a hobby for me. I live in Buffalo, NY. We have several local vape shops here, but I buy most of my supplies from Vapor Trail in South Buffalo. (If you don't know who these guys are, you should find out. Check out their YouTube channel at Vapor World Order - vWo - YouTube) They mix their own juice in house, and that is usually what I tend to vape on. I have ventured into some Juicy Vapor juices, also a local shop, as well as fuZion vapor. I've owned a few units in my day, originally starting with two Blu batteries. After quickly realizing that Blus are worthless pieces of trash, I moved to an eGo-T. From there, I've owned an eGo-C Twist, a 3.7v box mod, and a chrome Lavatube. My current mod is an Innokin iTaste MVP. Though everything I've owned is a 510, I actually use an adapter on my devices to convert them to 808 so that I can use Smoov cartos on them. This allows for better vapor production and longer carto life.

So that's about the end of my spiel, I'm looking forward to being an active member here on ECF!

Hello, I thought I would introduce myself as well. Hi Jake or Cogger lol x I use an eGo Hydro and I too love mixing up my juices, I love making some really weird flavours, I should write them down because I get on I really like when I've mixed them up but forget what I've done! I love the real fruity flavours best. So much nicer than tobacco, which by the way I've only tasted once in a flavour since I began vaping, I saw it as a step back to vape tobacco flavour, because it was the nicotine hit I really wanted. The e-cig has saved me and saved me lots of cash too x I look forward to getting to know people on the forum and checking out their recommendations.

Glad to see another new face! ;) I almost bought a MVP, I might take another look at it.

You really should! I can't believe how awesome the battery life is. Even with my Lavatube (18650 battery) if I were to say, fall asleep for the night and forget to charge it, I'd be screwed the next day. I never have that problem with the MVP! Not to mention you can use it as a passthrough, as well as charge your phone using it's output! It's honestly one of the coolest devices I've seen.

Hello Cogger. All my friends have nick names. I don't even know their real names anymore. Welcome to ECF. Sounds like you either figure out this vaping stuff realy well or you got some great addvise. Most don't follow such an amazing progression. Can't wait to read your future posts.

I'm in the local vape shop I mentioned in my original post pretty much every other day, I've become close friends with the owners. They've taught me quite a bit, and the rest I just kind of figured out on my own! It's such a fun hobby.
