Whenever I try to restuff the cartridges on my RN4081, 9/10 times the filler material gets stuck to the atty and comes out, I've watched almost every video about restuffing, let the e-liquid soak in overnight, but it still comes out, what should I do?

stover is correct in my opinion. When you restuff be sure to clean the loose threads by cutting the top (pull filler up a little) of the filler off clean. Use tweezers, for restuffing, as they are a little more friendly to the filler than the end of a paperclip. Once you have the hang of it-go to the paperclip. Hope this helps.

I do trim the fill material after I get it and I use tweezers. I've been using the polyester fiber fill or whatever its called, would Fluval work better though?

Fluval is great! As stover says use a little less and still trim the top clean of any strays. Good Luck.
I changed over to the blue foam, that fluval is a bummer. Leaves more in the cart, that won't wick, the blue foam does the job. I buy mine at strickly Ejuice, great product.
Will still have to get the size cut properly. I just saw a poster that stated his blue foam was melting and ?'ed what to do about it. Same story. The size has to be right and takes a lil time to get it right. I would rather have stray fluval than melted plastic. I have some right size u blue foam I could send you if you wanna try it. I don't use it. Let me know.

Your filler may have been used to its limits. If you have reused it numerous times, it could be just plain ole worn out. Maybe you need fresh filler! Good Luck.

Thanks for the offer for the fluval, but I got everything runnin smoothly now, thank y'all for your help
