Whats your fav. method?? I think the most effective would be with syringe. But I want an easy method for my mom because I don't constantly live with her.

correct, but the first fill needs to be complete. The best way IMO is from the bottom up with a syringe. After that, drops like you say.
That is the first fill. And usually results in juice at the battery connection. In other words, It's completely filled. Yeah, you can use physics to force juice into a Boge(part of it) quicker, but natural wicking, via gravity and atmospheric pressure, prevents other forces from wasting juice. To each his own. The flick method, like how you get your ketchup to the opening, is forcing juice away from the mouthpiece end. I never tried the condom method because it's the same deal as flicking. Just fill slowly and let it saturate the wicking.

Sorry, I missed that you took 20 minutes to fill one carto. It takes me 30 seconds to accomplish the same thing. You are obviously an accomplished expert at this method, so stick with it. Whatever works!
LOL, I doubt you saturate your carto in 30 seconds, maybe you do. Doesn't matter in the end. I have time and stay prepared so I don't have an OMG dry carto moment and start tying strings to my cartos and swinging them around like a Bolo to nail a boar for dinner. Like I said, to each his own, we are all in the same boat.
If you have a syringe, just try it. Then at least you will have another point of reference. I've used every method and find it the best. For me. If you try it, you might even agree with me.
EDIT: Yep, 30 seconds. Screw it on and vape.
EDIT 2: I agree with you I don't like tying strings to my cartos and swinging them around like a Bolo to nail a boar for dinner either.
