1ml (20-25drops) is what I was told. Of course drop size varies with different bottles, you'll get the a feel for it. I was told the filling should look slushy but with no standing liquid. I used a prefilled as a reference

If you are using the carto/condom method with a bloog carto, fill the condom up about halfway.
Watch the inside and when you see the juice start to come up thru the fiber you should be good.
I also let the carto sit in the condom for a minute or so to make sure the juice has soaked up into the fiber.

I Just finished an assembly line.
Filled 9 carts with three different flavors and capped them for use this week.
The only problem I know of is trying to remember which is which...( I plead senility)

I leave the battery end condom on, drop in 37 drops on the other end right down the center, the last 10 or so I go slow. Then I let it sit for awhile (10 mins or so), then vape away. Never had a problem doing it this way, and I have used this method on hundreds of cartomizers.
Holy wow. 37 drops out of what? And down the middle? And you don't blow it out or tap it on paper towels? Have you measured how much 37 drops is from that bottle?
I can get probably 10 drops, then wait, then 10-12 more max. That makes about 1 ml (from most bottles; they vary wildly), which is what the pre-filled cartos contain.
Using the condom method...
I take the rubber(?) tip out of the mouthpiece end so I can see the fiber.
put 15 - 20 drops into the condom and gently slide the carto into the condom battery end first.
When I see the juice just start to ooze out of the top of the fiber, I let it sit for a minute to fully absorb then slowly pull the carto out of the condom.
Then gently clean the battery end with a tissue, put the rubber tip back in and enjoy a full carto of juice.
^ I tried that but I found it really messy. I got juice all over the battery, and there's juice left in the condom (so now I have to pry the lid on the juice bottle open to pour it back)...I just could never get happy using that method. And I was still afraid of juice in the battery, because I just forced juice up into the hole that lines up with the battery hole.
I pop off the top, drip in on polyfil, gently blow, then recap and put both condom caps on. I do enough to last a week.
For freshly washed/dried or new blank carts it takes 32 drops and for refills 22 each and every time.
I figured it out by just dripping into them till it came out the batt end which was always around 34 to 36 drops, and i'd have to blow, same with refills, they'd start leaking out after 24 drops. Now it's easy for me. Just count your drops and you'll realize what number you can get to everytime with your specific juice...

Sorry, 37 drops is using the Tasty Vapor bottles. I just tried with the bottles that liquids like dekang come in, and got 30 drops in.
I've noticed that I dislike Tasty vapor bottles. I can never count accurate drops so I just put them in my own diy 10ml bottles. There's another vendor also that I have to do that with. I just really can't tell when their full unless they start leaking out the battery end, so counting is crucial to me
