I just bought a boge f16 carto tank and a pack of 5 extra f16s. This will be my first carto experience and while I have done my research on proper filling and usage, Ive only really looked into the condom fill method in detail. I obviously cant condom fill the f16 because it is a flanged carto. I have seen the thermometer shake method but am unsure of exactly how to do it. Would that be the best method for filling the f16 carto?

For a flanged carto, I use that thermometer shake method per Baditude's blog.
Essentially, you drip liquid into the filler material at the top of the carto, then hold it off to the side and shake it. I repeat this until i see a little juice making its way out of the bottom of the carto, then I top it off, and put in the tank.
