Filling up and topping up an Echomiser?

510 dual core echomiser. Bought it cos it looked good! Any idea how I fill it and keep it topped up?
Take your time answering as I am in the middle of a cool sensation with some Virginia 24mg!

Fill it like a standard poly fill cartomizer. You could also put a toothpick in the centre hole and drip around it until saturated then no need for a condom.

Syring method is best for these things. I usually fill 2mls rotating slowly around the center tube....1/2 ml at a time. Let it sit for awhile and top it off by dripping. I usually let it sit on top of a catch bottle and drip until I feel moisture then let it sit on the catch bottle. These things really need to be filled to oversaturation the first time and usually need to sit for a long time. Blow the tube clear and wipe it off. Will be a little muted at first. Takes about a day to break them in.
The center tubes on these things are super wide so you would need several toothpicks to block the hole. And the horizontal coil in the middle is right through the tube so be careful about poking anything in there.
