Thanks! As far as the Baja Blast recipe, I'm still working on it. I want it to taste exactly like Baja Blast, it's really damn close, but there's a few notes that are missing. On top of that I'm in the process of starting my juice business so an exact recipe will not be given;) But I can tell you it contains TPA Citrus Punch (naturally lol) and TPA Key Lime, with a hint of coconut. Sorry, I know that's a common sense answer that you probably could have easily arrived to on your own, but my recipes have to become "trade secrets" otherwise what's the point of starting a juice business;)

Thanks and I completely understand. Good luck on your business. If you want to try a vendor that nailed Baja, try GoodLife if you haven't already. It's so spot on its uncanny. That May help you discover some flavor notes to help you on your perfection of the recipe.

Thanks:) I've actually been doing a lot of Taco Bell runs at work so I can have my PV in one hand and a Baja Blast in the other:D I think I'm done tweaking it... it's about 99.9% there (I'm a bit of perfectionist when it comes to trying to recreate flavors, so that might fall into the realm of "spot on" for others lol).

Ok, so I finally stuck some cotton in this thing and it's been vaping great for the last week... better than great, actually. Wanted to switch out flavors so I pulled the cotton out and stuck a new wick in there. Now the thing crackles and pops like crazy. Not liking that, it's messing with vapor production and flavor and it's really loud. I was liking the near silent vaping I was having on the other wick. What causes something like that? Is my wick not dense enough/too thin? The cotton did slide through a bit too easily. Figured it would swell up and everything would be fine... guess not?

I should also mention that the air flow screw in this clone sucks .... Threading wore out on the cheap ... screw they used and it keeps falling in and choking airflow. Luckily the screws from an Aga-T2 fit it perfectly and I can make minor adjustments to airflow without a tool now;)

Ok, yeah that was it. Didn't pull off a substantial enough piece of cotton on the last build... couple that with the fact that I ended up pushing it down too snug which caused the cotton in the coil to flatten out, leaving the top of the coil out of contact with the wick. No amount of swelling was going to fix that;) No more crackling and popping, just a smooth draw and clouds of milky flavorful vapor:vapor:

I've compared silica, cotton yarn and cotton ball wicks in genny style and aqua clone.

Fastest wicking speed = degummed hemp fiber.
Slowest wicking speed = cotton yarn.
Fastest wick swap = Hemp fiber
Easiest to build = cotton ball/Hemp fiber.
Best TP refresh = cotton ball.
Richest TH = cotton ball/Hemp fiber
Best clouds = cotton ball/Hemp fiber/60 grit AO(porous ceramic) w/ 26Ga kanthal
Best inside coil wick repack = cotton ball/Hemp fiber
Best initial clean taste-XC-116/60 Grit AO
Best flavor after break in = 60 Grit AO
Most resistant to user error burn = AO/nextel>silica/ekowool>hemp fiber>cotton
Best semi-dry alarm taste = hemp fiber
Most accommodating to 0% to 100% VG = Hemp fiber

Fixed for the kayfun(and in general). Ever since I got a Kg of degummed hemp fiber cotton is to hemp as silica is to kiln treated XC-116. Silica is a filthy .... ..... who is only called when no other options exist. Cotton is decent white girl who you once loved until you discovered the joys of some Brazilian brown sugar(hemp). Mesh is a sassy black girl who likes to cause problems, but once things smooth over the loving is oh so sweet. Nextel is a pretty Israeli gymnist: flexable, tough, and great where it counts, wife material. AO is a sweet spanish girl who loves to please but you must be gentle with her or she'll break it off with you.
