Alright, I broke my ego style battery and decided it was time for an upgrade. I ordered a nemesis clone with a stillare rba all in SS!! Got it on fasttech all for under 30 bucks! Now it's time to hunt for some batteries, any suggestions?

Sony VTC4s or 5s. If you're not familiar with battery safety and all that, there is a great thread that Baditude did. Not saying you aren't, but just seeing as you said you're going from an ego to a mech and an rda

Only buy batteries from a reputable dealer (not ebay or Amazon) as there are many counterfeit batteries being sold. Here are a few reputable battery suppliers in the US.

* RTD Vapor

RTD had the Sony VTC5's in stock the last time I checked (2 days ago). They also carry great chargers and rebuildable supplies.
