I've been whipping up simple two flavor recipes the past couple of months and, frankly, it's some good stuff. Some is very good. The fundamental formula is always the same. It's something I saw in my favorite vendor's juices. Something 'earthy' whith a fruit kick. So I'v been mixing teas, spices, and nuts with berries and melons. It's great. Until... I tried black tea with banana cream. OMG, it's putrid. And I was beginning to think this DIY thing was easy.
