Finally going to try TV....need advice

after reading about the black licorice, im finally going to place my first order from TV..im just about tired of reading so many posts about how great TV ejuice is, and i have just never tried this supplier, so i am gonna give it a try and see if it's really better than VaporBomb. but i have a few questions...

is 30 percent VG the highest you can order or am i missing something? i usually order pg/vg 50/50, vapor is more important than TH

are the juices better with sweetener? i am ordering the cherry cough drop with sweetener cuz they recommend it, but overall, should i add it to all?

i could have sworn they sold a granny smith apple....cant find it? whats up with that?

as my cart contents stand so far, i have two black licorce (gonna send one to my sister in Hawaii to surprise her), and one cherry cough drop. all 24mg

I believe you can get plain granny smith apple in the customize your own flavor selection. Not sure on the VG, maybe you can go higher with doublers? I like my juices sweet, so I added sweetener to all my flavors.

I just placed my first order with TV tonight as well. I am VERY excited to give these guys a try as I hear great things about them. I've done my research in here, so I ordered like an experienced TV vapor I requested double chocolate in my cocolate/banana/walnut and tastyfinger, and also requested the "old" waffle flavor along with some extra maple syrup in it as well. I can't wait for this order to arrive, I have high expectations!!

I just got the Grannny smith Apple and had it sweetened and soured, just like a Jolly rancher and in the highest VG they will make it in,,, IT IS THE BOMB BABY THE BOMB found me my new DAILY vape 4 SURE..!!!! the candy Apple is also very good and I even got some candy apple and mixed in a few drops of the granny just a few and wow,,, its just all good, Geoff & crew do a supper job

The available ratios of VG are dependent entirely on your required milligram level of nicotine AND the particular flavors.

Nicotine Levels: Since our nicotine base is diluted from 99% pure (990mg per ml) down to a safer 90mg in PG, naturally, the more nicotine you require, the more nicotine base we have to add. For a 12mg liquid, the 90mg base takes up about 15% of the bottle, at 48mg, the nicotine base takes up around 50% of the bottle. Since we also require room to flavor your liquids, this takes up another 30%, then an ethyl maltol solution is used, that's another 10%. This is why we post the available ratios on each page for the e-liquids, so you know what we can physically fit into a bottle.

VG Levels: With the above facts in mind, also know that Tasty Vapor flavors some liquids with essential oils. We use orange oil, lime oil, anise oil, cinnamon oil, etc. etc. VG has the darnedest time mixing with oils. In fact, it will turn cloudy and separate rather quickly. While adding a high proof alcohol helps break these oils down, there is only so much alcohol we can use without compromising the quality of the liquid. This is why we don't offer higher levels of VG with Black Licorice, Atomic Cinnacide, etc. Since these require essential oils, with higher VG content, your liquids would never mix properly and you'd have to shake them up every single time you wanted to use them. Not acceptable.

We also offer less VG levels with those recipes requiring our tobacco maceration, tobacco, tobacco menthol, kretek, as our maceration is not a concentrated flavoring, but more like a strong tea. So naturally, we require more room for recipes requiring our tobacco base.

Also about flavorings, bear in mind that most flavoring companies use PG as a the liquid medium for thinning flavorings. This is true for the largest majority of our flavorings.

We're doing the best we can with what we have and produce some damned fine liquids, but this may not work out so well for those individuals requiring All VG or at least 50% and up. Given our stocks, and how we mix, there will always be a level of PG present. Sadly, for those individuals requiring nicotine liquids of 50% VG and up, we are just unable to accommodate you.

If all goes well, I have enough confidence that we may be able to offer a nicotine base with VG, thus allowing people to have higher VG concentrations, those exceptions being liquids requiring essential oils for flavoring.

We STILL can't really claim an All VG liquid though, because as previously stated, most suspension liquids for flavorings is Propylene Glycol.

TV juices are the BEST! Just remember that the juices are made on the spot and need atleast a week to fully bloom. So if it is not what you expected right out of the box let it sit a week!

Hey Geoff, would the changing of the Nicotine vendor also affect the flavour of any of your juices? I'm asking this question now, before the deluge of protest posts in the event that something like this happens. I know that nic juice carries a slightly peppery taste, but does that differ from vendor to vendor in the "pure" form?
