Finally it came! My MVP 2.0.....

So after what seemed like waiting forever (since last Saturday lol) my MVP2 came a little bit ago. So far I must say I love it! I don't know if I just got lucky or if they changed something but my switch on the bottom seems to be pretty much flush with it and it doesn't wobble or anything when I set it down. It came with 4.1v in the battery so basically a full charge. The only issue I've had is my ismoka bcc mega doesn't make a connection with the beauty ring on it. I do have an ego threaded beauty ring though and it works with that so no big deal. One other thing, the iClear30 seems to have a pretty tight draw to it. Is this just how they are? I am used to the light draw on my evod and my bcc mega. No big deal though and it's putting out clouds of vapor!

Lol I'll get a couple and try to post them. One other thing I noticed is there's no adjusting the voltage or wattage while it's charging? No big deal just wasn't sure. My friend ordered one and it came today as well.

Adjusting voltage and wattage while charging can be done, at times with mine. No rhyme or reason that I could determine in regards to that but I thought I'd share.

My one and only complaint with my MVP(s) is the center pin/connection issue. You can gently pry it up a tiny bit, or do the same on your tank. I solved it by attaching an air flow controller, and I just leave it on.

To answer your question on the iClear draw, I have 5 so far and all have a tighter draw than my Evods. A good clearomizer in my opinion, just for different reasons than say the Evod. Glad you're enjoying your MVP thats the main thing.

Got my MVP 2 a few weeks back, no wobble, and I'm using the PT2.......top coils just don't perform very long for me, great for the first hour and then "issues", and the long wicks eat up my juice. a lot of which goes down the drain when I'm cleaning them.
It definitely was a step up from my eVic and SID. Then........I got an iTaste 134....MVP is now my back up.
It's strange how something as inexpensive as an MVP can out shine an eVic with it's computer upgrades and all that stuff....learning curve, LOL! The "box" was probably why I didn't check it out earlier, I was stuck in the "torpedo" shaped mind set. Now, I'm vaping off the 134 which looks like the barrel of a gatling gun! In a day or 2 my ProVari will be here and the phallic image will be stuck in my head!

For the price and performance, the MVP 2 is a winner! Excellent choice!

Thanks, I agree! I haven't experienced the center pin issue yet but will keep an eye out for it. Going from a regular 1000mah ego battery to this is a huge upgrade in my opinion.

I had tried another iClear type on the MVP and the pin WAS an issue..and sometimes I just don't feel like messing with "stuff".

I can adjust/check it one time while I'm charging and then no more. It's really one of the great mysteries of my life, but I'm a pretty boring person.

A lot of people recommend a 510 to ego adapter to try to solve this. I did that, but I still have some cartos that like to shove the pin down just enough so nothing else works. It's easy to fix with a bobby pin (<---best part of being a girl is having 1000's of these useful little tools around).

The center pin issue is the connection issue you mentioned in your first post. The pin on the MVP, and the pin on your tank are not making contact. Assuming you are getting an ohm reading of non, and it won't fire.

Congrats on the MVP. I got mine a couple weeks ago as an upgrade from the eGo twist. Then my wife decided she loved it as well so I got her one for Christmas.
Haven't had a problem yet withe pin using the Pro tank 2, mini pro tank any the T3S BCC. loving it so far!

Mine came in yesterday evening. Freaked the postal person out hiding in the bushes like that.
Got the light blue colored one. Haven't tried the iClear that came w/ it. So far, it takes my Pro Tank, Pro tank 2 and my EVOD thingys.
It hasn't left my hand except for refills since it arrived ( well, I didn't sleep with it....yet )

MVP2 is a really great mod and you can't beat the price. Best thing I ever did was match it up with a ProTank2. It is a great performer and I have virtually gotten rid of the dozens of other setups that I own. The only time I use something else is when I need a more portable rig. Then I use the itaste vv and the pt2.
