My hubby and I have officially stopped smoking regular cigs!!!! I'm having a bit of a issue just because it is final. I was vaping almost exclusively but the one first thing when I wake up and right before bed are going to be an issue. Just need some good vibes and hopefully we don't run out of cartos!!!! LOL!

Congrats on this progress! Remember to drink extra water, and when you feel like having an ole stinkie, just take a deep breath, then try a vape or two, and remember how much better you'll feel! :)

I had trouble with the morning smoke and after dinner smoke. How I dealt with it is since I smoked menthol cigs I vape a strong menthol in a slightly higher nic level first thing in the morning. That seems to take care of it. 10 minutes with my menthol vape.

Then after supper I started a ritual of really savoring a dessert type vape. Taking my time and making it sort of a ritual vape. Usual for me it is a chocolate+coconut or a butterscotch liquid but anything desserty would work.

I found that once those 2 danger times are taken care of I am fine the rest of the day.

Congrats on your progress so far! For what it's worth, I had a similar situation. My husband was about 6 weeks behind me on getting off cigs completely. Between that and my mom being a heavy smoker, there were times it was difficult, but what kept me going was not wanting to reset myself back to day 1. I was proud of how many days smoke free I was and scared that if I picked up one it would lead to another and another. That and a very strong flavor like someone else suggested helped a lot (mine was a strong cinnamon fireball type).

Just hang in there and take it one vape at a time. I'm sure your hubby will catch up to you and go smoke free himself before too long. =)
