I'm due to fly to Oulu, Finland in two weeks for business purposes. I'll take my own vaping gear and juices with me of course, but just in case, I'd like to know if/where it's possible to buy basic vaping stuff there. You know, even a crummy eGo/CE4 rig, as a backup option...
I tried to Google it in English, and with the little Finnish I can muster, but I couldn't find anything. I don't remember seeing anything vaping-related at the Kioski last time I was there, nor have I spotted a dedicated vape shop anywhere in town.
For what it's worth, I know the place rather well, as I go there several times a year.
