Is Blu a 510? Safecigs will screw onto the Blu batteries and work just fine, though they won't screw into Blu's charger pack.
I got the safecig as a starter kit when I began vaping, but it isnt a 510 connection its a DS103 threading on the battery. 510 cartos and attys have too small of a thread to be screwed on. Work with adapters though

Yeah but pre-filled cartos usually arent good cartos seeing as how they dont want you to refill it...they want you to buy more.

This has not been my experience. All the prefilled ones I've encountered are identical to blanks, they've just put the liquid in there for you. You can refill anything, but results will always vary based on the carto quality.... and a ton of other variables. I've also had really abysmal results with changing to a different flavor once there's juice in a carto. There are all sorts of instructions here on how to get flavor out, but nothing has worked for me. So if I get prefilled ones, I only refill it with the same juice.

I think that vaping has become something of a lifestyle or I have allowed it to creep into my over all life style. I think that a lot of beginers seeing it only as a replacement and nothing more for their tobac habbit, but once a person starts to explore the world of vapor they can quickly get emersed into the life style and culture that goes with it. Perhaps making the leap from prefilled to refilling is the gateway? Would it be safe to say vapers have their own subculture? I talk to other long term vapors and they no longer think of vaping as a alternative to smoking. In fact I suspect a few forgot they ever really smoked. I personaly couldn't imagine how I smoked 2 packs of camel nonfilter a day. My views of pv's and vaping have changed since my early days, I no longer see it in the same light.

It's all relative and hindsight is always 20/20. I once honestly thought I liked the pre-filled "Sahara" from V2 (yuck!). And, you know what? At the end of the day that's what took me off the analogs in the first place! I never smoked menthol analogs, but I love vaping mentholated stuff. I could swear that I'd never enjoy a sweet flavor, but my favorite vape is candy cane atm. There's a progression, I guess, and maybe one can stop and find satisfaction at different points.

Ive been using V4L prefilled cartos for over 2 years. They work great and they have a lot of sampler packs to try different flavors without wasting a ton of money on packs that you dont like.

It's a good way to try out flavors. My mom used them for quite awhile. When she found one she liked, she ordered a big bottle and topped off her cartos. Eventually she moved on to buying empties and filling them herself but it's a good way to figure out what you like. Plus, V4L always throws in tons of samples.

My experience with pre-filleds are V2s...and they had a shelf life of about 3 days...after that they were on the down slope. The flavors were also horrific.

Im just saying most high end cartos arent even offered in a pre-filled manner. Also...the shelf life of the Boges I use are, well...they havent died yet. 2 weeks and still going. I dont consistently hammer on a single carto because I use different ones for different flavors so YMMV.

As for cleaning I just soak mine in Isopropyl for a decent amount of time, taryn spin the alcohol out and let them sit in front of a fan for a long time and then just let them sit for an extra day or two...good as new.

I hate boiling them. Water takes too long to dry, you have to use distilled water, and the heat has ruined carto performance on more than one occasion.

If you like a cocoa-y tobacco try V4L WOWbacco (and Wowboy is the same but with a bit of mint added). Both can be found in the WOW Tobacco Shop carto sampler at V4L.com and are same threading a V2cigs.

I got the V4L tobacco flavor sampler and I thought the WOW traditional was pretty good, Wowboy decent too.

Now I got some liquids from Liberty Flights and I've been dripping different tobacco flavors in, that's been really tasty.

I'm pretty much sold now on getting the liquids, just had to go through my "Why can't anything be simple" tantrum.

Of course now that I decided to buy juice I'll end up going full blown DIY. :)
