Finished smoking 32 years

I seen this vapping thing and tried it, and I quit smoking that same week.
I bought my uncle an I-taste mvp as well and he quit after 47 years , this stuff can really save lives.
i was wondering will too much vapping fill your lungs, can it cause short breath too....

Personally, I am a heavy vaper, I will easily kill 5ml a day at 16mg, I have not noticed any shortness of breath or any of that stuff and I'm 3 months in

personally I kinda think after smoking 30+ years... (I smoked 37) everything (even just air) could make a persons lungs feel full....
course I've only been off real cigs for just over 2 months.. maybe someday that feeling will go away for me.. I don't know....

Most of us have experienced better lung function after moving to vaping, give it some time. Your body needs some time to start getting all that crud out...

If it is uncomfortable a full inhale isn't necessary. I've read most of the nic gets absorbed in your mouth anyway.

Welcome friend and congratulations to you and your uncle . After 22 years of being a slave to the evil weed, I quit the same day I started vaping. Shortness of breathe is likely due to the cigarettes. I highly suggest reading this link as it is full of useful information.

thanks to all that replied with info and encouragement, back to looking for a good store with good juices, it seems most i try have no taste unless its a min/menthol.

If lack of taste is an issue with most of the juices you've tried, try adjusting the voltage up, if you have a VV, or watts up if VW.

If neither is available to you, try a lower resistance coil in your topper, the only way to adjust the vape on fixed voltage batteries.

Congrats! smoked over 40 yrs my self. No cigs since sept '12. For me, with time, the shortness of breath went away I've also got more energy again. Keep trying with the flavors. Found for me that non tobacco like flavors worked best As DavidOch said if your device (mod) is variable voltage or wattage a little higher setting makes a world of difference in the flavors! try a light jog or walk one or twice a day it will help your lungs move what it can out and repair. Also great for the heart and blood circulation.
