personally I kinda think after smoking 30+ years... (I smoked 37) everything (even just air) could make a persons lungs feel full....
course I've only been off real cigs for just over 2 months.. maybe someday that feeling will go away for me.. I don't know....

congratz on your decision to stop smoking :)

I seen this vapping thing and tried it, and I quit smoking that same week.
I bought my uncle an I-taste mvp as well and he quit after 47 years , this stuff can really save lives.
i was wondering will too much vapping fill your lungs, can it cause short breath too....
thanks for any comments.

Welcome friend and congratulations to you and your uncle :toast:. After 22 years of being a slave to the evil weed, I quit the same day I started vaping. Shortness of breathe is likely due to the cigarettes. I highly suggest reading this link as it is full of useful information.

Congrats! smoked over 40 yrs my self. No cigs since sept '12. For me, with time, the shortness of breath went away I've also got more energy again. Keep trying with the flavors. Found for me that non tobacco like flavors worked best As DavidOch said if your device (mod) is variable voltage or wattage a little higher setting makes a world of difference in the flavors! Good Luck to you and your uncle
