I always wait at least 24 hours but many don't wait at all. I do find that especially with the creams the flavor gets better with age. JMO :)

PS I also find that the bigger the bottle the longer it might take. :) I look for color changes and you will get to know what color is the best for your flavors :)

Wow... 60mL is a lot to make, especially if you haven't made it before...

I make everything in 3 or 5 mL batches, and then take it up... if it's good.

I'd give it a week for its final flavor. The problem with using multiple flavorings is that some may benefit from the steep more than others. For example, the RY4 may be where it's going already. It may taste great now. But in a couple of days, the Caramel gets stronger and shuts out the RY4, making it taste completely different...

Sorry... un-asked-for advice is just as valuable as free advice!
