First day @ work with no analogs

I got my Yeti 510 on Friday, played with it all day and night. Smoked my last analog on Saturday morning. Did fine that night and all day Sunday. So today was the "big" test.

Everything went just fine, had to change the battery about 3 times, but I had my wall /AC charger with me and it can charge my 510's in about 1 1/2 hours. But not one time today did I even want an analog. My coworker couldn't believe it, I use to smoke more then him. At the end of our shift he told me if your still smoke free by this time next month I'll buy one also.

I'm so happy right now that I came across this form, and a BIG THANKS to all the members and the info you all have shared, that helped me make the leap of faith to try an e-cig.

Congrats! Impressive when I see 2 pack a day folks drop analogs so quickly. What strength and flavor worked for you so far?

Give your friend the url to the this forum and see if we can push them to make the leap early. Always nice to have a spare parts/juice source...I mean quit buddy.

awesome!! i do same thing -have charger by my workspace and just change batteries maybe once a shift .i was kinda craving analog today but it went away after some heavy vaping!

That's great! It was a big change at first, keep it up! Since I've started vaping exclusively, I've gotten 4 co-workers to order e-cigs, as well. It feels great to be able to help others achieve such a postive health change, and now we have a constant flow of flavors to trade, as well as 5 less customers for big tobacco!

It wasn't that long ago for me. What a strange feeling it was to leave the house, intentionally without taking along a pack (or two) of smokes and a lighter. Almost like walking out of the house naked! 8-o

i was a pack a day smoker back in dec, and since then i have had maybe 10 cigarettes. but as i have found a new favorite juice i have no craving for the analogs at all!! good for you, before you know it, youll be hooked on vaping and upgrading to a mod to avoid all those battery charges. the silver bullet's battery lasts me almost two days before charging, and as long as you have an xtra batt, your never without, and they are supposed to last 5 years! best of luck to you, and were always here for each other when we need support and answers. its the greatest forum in the world.

My biggest problem so far about explaining e-cig to people is the crowd is mostly middle age to older people. I myself will be 30 this year. Most the the people Ive talked to so far, and telling them about this whole e-cig sub culture they lose interest after about 2mins, and didn't want to mess with it.

Its sad I wish I knew a way to explain it to everyone i know that smoked and tell them there is some e-cig out there that is right for you. But like me and most others they have tried things before and spent lots of money on it, and it didn't work for them.

Give them some time when the health, financial, and social costs of analogs finally weighs on them. They will approach you with more enthusiasm.
