So I made some blueberry vanilla cupcake. The flavor mix is at 15% and the PG/vg ratio is 40/60 with two drops of sucrose. How long should I let the flavors mix together or steep?

You could rapid steep if you wanted to have them in the next day or 2 or normal steeping times (4days to 2 weeks pending flavor)

10 seconds or the length of time it takes to cap the bottle and shake, whichever is more.
