Nice list, you'll be set up pretty well to start out. Only advice I'd offer is start with small quantities, 5-10 ML, start low on your flavoring, and make some simple 1 flavor mixes first before trying anything more complex. Oh, and be cautious with that 100 MG nicotine!

Nice start!

I recommend getting 20 or so cheap plastic 5 or 10ml bottles. Working on recipes is tricky and small test bottles are the way to go or you'll end up with large fails instead of small fails.

Buy some cheap foam from a fabric store and cut holes in it to fit your ingredients and mix bottle. Takes away the spill factor and it's cheap and easy.
