Hello all,
This is my first post in the forum. I have been lurking for about a week absorbing the knowledge contained within. I am pleased to say that with the help of the contributors to this forum have turned my first E-cigarette purchase a Home run. Out of the park guys!

I just received my Starter Kit and extra goodies :) from madvapes. BTW big ups to Hoogie and the people at Madvapes, will give a review as soon as I can post in that forum. I ordered the Esmoke 510 starter kit with a 3rd battery, some extra cartridges, a few boge carto's, a 5ml tank, 4 bottles of eliquid, and last but not least a fantastic looking drip tip. I haven't yet had a chance to try everything , but with the help of the forums over the last week I was charged up loaded a cartridge and was puffing away on the prefill that came with it. As others have stated it's not great but i topped it off with banana and was set. Before I could finish the cartridge my curiosity got the better of me and i pulled out my second atomizer dropped a few drops of rootbeer on the atomizer put on the drip tip and was in heaven. I am about 4 and a half hours without a cigarette, not long i know but you have to start somewhere, and I am completely stoked.

Thanks a million to all who have given to the vast knowledge base that is the E-Cigarette forum and a Big Thank you to the people at Madvapes

Woo hoo another switch-over! Congrats and stick with it. I will warn you, you will still go through some withdrawal from cigs. It's not from nic but from all the other gunk. Drink tons of water and vape your head off...you'll get through it. Also, you will eventually hit a brief period of not being able to taste your juice. Stick to vaping and that shall pass also...it's your buds healing.

Thank you very much. I am a bit of a techie anyway so it's not a huge leap for me. Radioshack was my first job:) and that was when they actually sold transistors and resistors etc...

Haha. I remember those days. I still have a nice little set of Maximus speakers, a collector's item.

Congrats on avoiding the newbie step of a PV that "looks and tastes just like a cigarette", as Blu would say. I can tell you've done your homework.

Don't think twice if you have no cigarette withdrawal symptoms. Despite what you may hear, not everyone does. I too quit on day one. That was after 35 years of smoking 2-3 PAD and never had any withdrawal symptoms at all.

Good choice on the juice too. Before long, your taste buds will recover and you'll realize that tobacco doesn't taste all that good at all.
