Ego
I just received my eGo kit and gave it a go. It does seem to take some getting used to and I am trying to get the hang of it. In some ways it is like an analog and in other ways not.

When you take a drag on an analog, you inhale some and then breathe air immediately afterwards to draw it into you lungs. Is it supposed to be the same way with an e-cig? I don't quite feel the coordination yet.

I have tried both all-PG and 30% VG. I do sense some difference but not drastically so. The VG seems a little smoother but not particually fuller in vapor as I was expecing.

All in all, I do not seem to be getting the fullness I thought I would from the eGo (I do not have the mega).

One problem is when changing flavors. It seems to take a long time to get the old flavor out of it. I tried changing carts but the old flavor seems to linger on. Especially that Atomic Cinnacide.

It does not seem to dry me out as much as I thought it would after reading the posts here. I am normally a very dry throat person.

Any comments would be appreciated.

There are some who drag directly into their lungs and others, like myself, drag into the mouth followed by another breath of air to take the vapor into the lungs. So you're doing it right if it works for you.

From your mention of Atomic Cinnacide I am guessing you are using Tasty Vapor juice ( my personal favorite juice supplier ) For some reason their all PG is way better vapor than some of the others Ive tried. Vaporbomb's 50/50 mix has amazing amounts of vapor.

As far as flavor in your atty, Atomic Cinnacide is dang near impossible to get out. I have an atomizer dedicated to just that flavor and use my other attys for other flavors. When changing carts, if you dont change the atty as well it will still have some juice in it from the last cart. I dont always mind this but for some its a deal breaker. You can find several videos on how to clean your atty of old juice on Youtube. And Cozzicon has a great video for a good rubbing alcohol bath. The alcohol bath brought two of three of my bad attys back to life and theyre working as good as new.

Glad to hear your expereince has been good so far. What other Tasty Vapor flavors have you tried?

You have to puff with an e-cig a bit slower/easier. I tended to puff analogs rather hard - so this took a little getting used to. Also, get cartomizers if you do not have any, much easier to start out with than atty/cartridge.

The EGO will take a bit of time to adjust to. Even my analog sized Safe Cig took about 2 days for me to even like it on any level. The issue was weight for me. It didn't feel like an analog. But after you use it for a few days, you won't even notice it any longer.

5 pack of blank cartomizers at LiteCigUSA = $8.00. I would buy 2 boxes (10) as you are going to use them. Mark somehow which flavor you use in each, to limit some of the switching flavors issue...

You will find that the carto's last much longer before needing liquid. I tried out my atomizer/cartridge again today to see if i was missing something. The first few puffs are great - then ack. I put it back in the drawer...

Edit: Shipping with LiteCig is only $2.00, so ordering small amount of items won't crush you on shipping.

When the battery needs charging, you'll see decreased vapor production and if it gets low enough the button will start blinking when you press it. Cartridges don't wear out like cartomizers, but you'll know when you need to refill them because it'll taste funny and you won't get the vapor production. Cartomizers will start to taste burnt or just stop working completely when they're worn out. I haven't had an atomizer die yet, so I can't tell you what that would be like.

Being a complete newb (6 days in) I figured I would share the best tip I've learned so far regarding flavor.
Get a drip tip! I spent so much time trying to clean carts/cartos. Now I just blow out my atty (if I REALLY don't like the previous juice) and onto the next flavor. Then fill the juices you like into the carts/cartos. It's really a good way to spend $2-$5.
