First mod, some questions

Hello,

I am starting to work on my first mod, attempting to make a charging case for m402 batteries.

I have never worked with lithium ion batteries before and I want to make sure I am doing this right before setting my face on fire. I plan on using the following battery with a protection circuit:

My question, Can I just wire the case charging port and the m402 charging port directly to the same leads after the PCB? Below is a terrible picture of what I mean:

If I can't do this, then I assume I would have to just take the battery out and charge it separately as building a circuit to control this sort of thing is far out of my grasp.

It looks like it will work how you have it drawn with the battery protection inline.
