So i just got in my first order. Everything is here and accounted for. I did have a question: what is all over my atties? It's some sort of liquid. I'm guessing it's primer. It's on the insides and outsides. I just wanted to check and see if this is normal before i wash them off and get ready to vape.

Yes, that's primer. You can just dry them with a paper towel, and blow through them until they are dry.
