First order placed and nervous

I just placed my first order. I've never ordered outside of the U.S. before so I'm nervous about how it all works. I ordered kr808 cartomizers and hope I receive what I requested (I emailed HC prior to placing the order and Amy said to specify my requests in the comment section). Will the comments be read and if the request can not be done, will they contact me before they substitute? I have included a copy of my request below. Oh, I'm so nervous that this is going to go wrong somehow.

Also, is HC discontinuing kr808 stuff? I saw where they are not going to carry batteries anymore - they are going to the 510 set-up.

The last set of KR808 cartomizers I got from HC were in the paper boxes, but did not have the soft rubber caps. They're still very good.

I wouldn't be too nervous. I have ordered from HC several times and always got exactly what I ordered, with great customer service and fast delivery. At the moment my latest package appears to have gotten lost in the mail and it's very frustrating, but I don't hold it against HC and I doubt it will happen to you!

I'm always cautious when ordering from a new company. Particularly one that is so far away that I can't go after them if something goes wrong or they take advantage of me. It can be hard doing research on these companies because their forum rooms usually have a handful of fanbois that paint the supplier like they can do no wrong.

For what it's worth, I've found Health Cabin to be very reputable. Everything I've ordered from them was shipped in a timely manner, packaged safely for the long trip, and in working order. HC is definitely on my trusted supplier list.

we got your order with comment. thanks. we will send all your 808 cartos in small paper boxes today and let you know the tracking number later today. :)

That is VERY reassuring, thank you. Are you able to provide the rubber caps as well?

I'm really most concerned about my countries customs. I know you have no control what so ever regarding their decision to allow the package into this country or not. I'm just having first time jitters - worried they will destroy it and I'm out the $$.8-o

Ok, the ride has begun - my package shipped!!!! Thank you HC for sending me the e-mail letting me know that the cartos do in fact have the soft caps, YAY!!

All right, how do I track this bad boy?? Can I track it through USPS once it's in the US? How do I track it in China???

Please track it here EMS in a few days, because it takes post office time to process packages. :)

you can track it on www.usps.com too.

Thank you to everyone who replied to my post. You all have been most reassuring and calmed my worrisome nature.

Sheep: I'm sending positive thoughts in your direction for your shipment to be found and delivered - hmmm May 28 popped in my head - that was weird........... I'm not a physic, so don't hold me to that lol.

It appears that I was correct in thinking this was going to turn out badly. Health Cabin is telling someone that the cartos are hard caps. I asked three times if they were soft and was told YES, they are soft caps. Great, I specifically asked for soft. How does one get a refund? Has anyone tried? Please advise as hard caps are not what I would have purchased if given the correct answer to my queries.

It may take a little longer for shipping, but it arrives when they tell you it will. Also - if you order from them in the future, know that they keep their customers informed of Chinese holidays so you know if you can expect delays. Sorry you got the wrong carts though.

Yeah, I am NOT a suporter. :mad: I haven't heard back from customer service yet, so I can't cheer for that either.

Ardenthope, very sorry to hear your experience hasn't turned out. I can see where there could be confusion over the hard/soft cap thing, probably they thought you meant the cart condoms. Hope that you are able to get a refund and get some satisfaction that way. You could probably sell them in classifieds for most of what you paid too! Good luck!

ps I did get my order in after all, thanx again for the good wishes :)
