So I've had an e-cig from another vendor for a while and the cartridges eventually ran out. I discovered however that they could be refilled. I've tried other e-liquids but wasn't thrilled with either the flavor or the amount of vapor I got out of them. My first experience with FreedomSmokeUSA is both good and bad. While the vapor density is amazingly thick and lingers well, not all of the flavors are what I'd hope for. When I first got my e-cig the cartridges were prefilled with this amazing regular tobacco flavor that I absolutely loved but the vendor wants too much for replacement cartridges. The dilemma is that I've yet to find a tobacco flavor e-liquid that compares to what originally came in the cartridges. I bought the 5 for $15 pack of tobacco flavors from FSUSA and decided to try the Wyatt Earp one first. Huge mistake, that flavor tastes more like black-coffee mixed with cough syrup; I almost puked. Thus far none of the tobacco flavors found in that lot thrill me. I do like the watermelon and cinnamon flavors I got but I really wish I could find a tobacco flavor that compares to what originally came with my e-cig. At this point I'm leery about trying out any other flavors for fear that I'll be stuck with more product I'm not going to enjoy or use.

WELCOME TO THE ECF

Honestly, I HATE cartridges since they were so inconvenient as well as having bad performance. Started on pre-filled cartridges also and eventually went back to smoking for a few years because of it.

I would HIGHLY suggest that you get some blank cartomizers instead. That way, you can fill them with whatever flavor you want. Also, they are pretty cheap and so, if you don't like the flavor. You can simply toss it in the garbage. You can clean them by boiling them until there isn't an odor. But, I find that's just a hassle I don't want to deal with.

How to fill them:

For something like a Boge:

Boge 2.0ohm LR cartomizers for 510

You drip 25 drops around the outer filler material (away from the tubing) in 5 drop intervals. Giving it a minute or so rest to let it seep throughout the filler material. After you've reached 25 drops then let it sit for 20 minutes before you begin vaping. This will prevent a burnt cartomizer.

There are other places to buy e-liquid. You might wanna check out the various vendors that are on the ECF. For example:

My e-cig is from a free-trial / membership service called ecigsbrand.com. I used a one-time virtual credit card number that way they could only charge me the $4.95 for the shipping of the "free" kit and couldn't charge me the membership fees. You have to call an 800 number to cancel and of course they try to convince you not to cancel the membership but in the end they couldn't charge me. I got the regular flavor cartrigdes as I can't stand the menthol. I checked it out and noticed that now the "free" trial link takes you to a website talking about "Raven" ecigs but the primary ecigsbrand website is still there. Here's what the kit/case looks like. It's a nice quality product not cheap like some ecig "scams" out there. front-ecigs-package-multi.png

It's a good idea to check out the link that Katya provided. Anyways, unfortunately you did get one of those overpriced e-cigs out there and from you have described. It is a scam since most reputable companies only require you get what you want when you order. The 3-piece design is really old now and replaced by a better 2-part system. Which is a battery and cartomizer or just an atomizer. So, you can drip and the battery is sealed which will prevent any mishaps/damage to it.

There are much better e-cigs out there that cost less and work better then the kit you have gotten. It's good that you have gotten out of the membership fees they were trying to charge you. So, it's a good time to maybe get yourself another kit that's out there.

Sometimes you get can something that's cheap with better performance and higher in quality. This is very true in the vaping world and why it's a good idea to do some more research here on the ECF.
