Thanks for the orange/citrus suggestions. I need to do some more shopping. I'm getting the hang of this already. I found a juice mix by accident that I really like. Both are Backwoods Brew, one is 555 in 12mg and the other is Peppermint at 18mg. If I do a 50/50 mix of each it is rather pleasant. I can't wait to do this in my office tomorrow. I have had a very mild nagging for an analog but it's really not so bad. I think I'll be able to give them up with relative ease.

Did most of you go cold turkey with the analogs when you started vaping or did you do wean yourself off?

I went cold turkey. I had a pack and a half left when I got my first PV. I vaped exclusively for about a week then tried to smoke a cig. It was nasty, put 'em away and tried again a month later. It was totally disgusting, it tasted like licking the bottom of a dirty ashtray. I gave the full pack to someone in the smoking area, then threw the 1/2 pack away later on. I haven't had a smoke since July and don't miss it. vaping does it for me and has so many advantages.

I didn't know this. I have indeed been taking hard drags. I'll lighten up. Thanks for the tip. I've had a few drags of my 12mg Cafe Mocha flavor and have avoided the head rush but it's pretty rough on my throat.

a sign maybe your dragging too hard above advice is super helpful, you basically have to re- learn how to smoke when vaping, I found best results by letting a little air into my drag and also I make sure to keep dragging well after I release the battery

at least having given up analogs you should have the additional energy/stamina to keep up with the new workouts. lol.

Where in NorCal are you from? I grew up around Marysville/Chico.

Hi Don. I'm vaping in Redding, just up the road a bit in the REAL northern California!!:vapor:
