First zamplebox and it was a dud...

Well after reading the reviews and watching YT videos I finally decided to give a subscription ejuice service a try and I decided to go with zamplebox because of all the people saying how good it was. First let me say that I know it varies for everyone and taste is suggestive on e liquids this is just what my personal experience was. So first I read reviews on how fast they ship and how quick most people got their zamplebox. Well in my case I subscribe over the weekend and I know it ships next business day so I'd figured if it ships Monday that I would probably get my first zamplebox by Wednesday the latest. I didn't not receive my zamplebox until late today Thursday but I am also aware the transit time is a postal issue. So there I was walking in the door after a 12 hour shift at work (3am-3pm) and there on the counter was the green box waiting for me. After grabbing a couple water bottles lol and setting up my rda's for the taste test marathon (stillare dual coil .7 ohm and omega single coil mode both organic cotton wicking) I opened up the box and was not impressed by what I saw. My zamplebox profile is no menthol no tobacco 6mg btw. Out of the six 15 ml bottles I got 4 that were vanilla and the other two were fruity flavors from the same e juice company and one tasted just horrible. I only enjoyed one out of the six bottles the rest will be sent to my brother in California lol but yeah needless to say I'm am disappointed with their "premium" ejuice subscription service and I canceled any further zamplebox service.

sorry this happend to you my friend. personally, this is why i don't bother with these "grab bag" style of subscription services. had same issue with drip club, thank goodness i like banana and graham crackers because out of 5 juices two had banana, two had graham cracker. i also have a suspicion that they just order big bottles of the juices, then distribute them out into smaller sample sizes. i can see how this makes sense, however most of the bottles i received were not full.

it was this as well as other lame practices the ejuice industry does that finally kicked me over the edge into diy.

I don't subscribe to zamplebox, but I think they have a juice trading group for flavors you don't like. You might try that?

Their customer service is amazing. If you email with your concerns, they will likely replace what was sent with something that suits your taste better. Give it a shot!

I don't subscribe to zamplebox, but I think they have a juice trading group for flavors you don't like. You might try that?

hooray, more work to get vapable juice. just do it right the first time and order from an actual vendor. no offense to this company or others of it's type, its just more of a hassle than it's worth imo.

I have had two zampleboxes and both were excellent. I didn't dislike any of them, although I liked some better than others. The two suggestions here are good ones. If you contact their customer service they will be quick to accommodate you and if you are on Facebook, here is the link to trade for something you might like better.

I am communicating with them over email at the moment. They are offering me 2 30ml premium ejuice bottles valued at $22 each and a free shirt lol I'm not asking them for any special treatment or anything but if they are willing to offer that for another month I might just do it and see how it goes the second time around. I just don't want to end up with another drawer full of MBV quality juices. Honestly I've just had way better experience driving the 2 miles to cigtechs wich is my local B&M they are stocked with top of the line premium juice like five pawns, suicide bunny, ragna rok, space jam and many many more and it's always fun just seeing what they have.
