As I understand it will be available indefinitely but it is their signature juice.
I may very well be wrong and someone with better knowledge will advise, if so I shall stand corrected.

It will be released only periodically, just as is the case with Castle Long Reserve. Whether it will be available forever, no one knows

I've tried several Five Pawns juices, and Black Flag Fallen is the only one I literally had to toss out. Literally. I could not stand it. Taste is very subjective, I get that, but I was severely disappointed with this flavor. To me, It was like taking in a mouthful of dirt. Bad dirt. Dirty dirt. Grandmaster I like, Bowden's Mate I like, and I love Castle Long Reserve. Black Flag Fallen? Not for me
