Hello,
Picked up my 1st pen 2 weeks ago. Its an evod 2 vv and worked really well for about 2 days. Started looking into rebuilds and ways to make it function better. Found some things to try that have helped some. After almost being completely fed up and done with it ready to get a pack of cigarettes, I found a simple fix. Hopefully this will help others having similar issues.
1. Take a spare sleeve/boot from a toasted atomizer
2. Invert it and slip on to a new atomizer
This gives a tight seal and prevents leaking. I have been experimenting with this for a few days to work out the kinks. The main problem is it pushes the original sleeve over the wick too much and blocks the flow of liquid. I removed the center wick from the dual coil and it leaked a bit. So i tried removing less wick and now it hits like a champ. One more thing is the inverted boot will collect juice like a cup. Snipping down the side wall will make it into a flat washer that is very effective. At first, assembling the head to the tank is really snug. It does break in though after filling a couple times. Will go to the hardware store soon to explore more permanent options.
