Fix/workaround - IE 10: "an information token is missing please contact administrator"

Some users have reported this issue after upgrading to IE 10.

Here is the fix, thanks one of our members that uses IE:

I seem to be having an ongoing issue ever since my IE9 auto-updated to IE10. So I went out and adjusted my security settings slightly downward from the medium-high setting they were on. Voila! It did the trick. Not only have my ECF issues gone away (Thank goodness) but my entire browser runs faster and smoother.
