Well, the v3 is up and running, but my hands are dead :( It took me almost 2 hours to roll that mesh. I guess rolling mesh is my personal hell.

Just had a thought on rolling mesh, I wonder if you took a large sewing needle like used for leather and use it to get the mesh into a rolled shape. If you cut a longer then needed piece of mesh, cut a tapper point on the mesh and run it through the eye of the needle then roll the mesh? Once you get it rolled it will hold a rolled shape, you can unroll it and trim the point off. You can work the mesh from there, for me getting the roll started is the hard part. I have taken mesh out of the Flash-e, unrolled and trimed it, rolling it back up is easy. Tomorrow I'll have to experiment and see if it will work, I have an assortment of large sewing needles.

I do really well with the first half, and then have trouble keeping the tension for the second half. Then when I'm done, its way too big to fit in the hole. I don't know how sedge got 60mm long pieces in there. I finally had to cut it down to about 40mm for the v3 and probably more like 30mm for the vs.
I know huh. He used 110 too, coarse as a mother. The guy is a mesh master, a Steele weave wizard, lol

I used 110 also. Cramped hands, numb, cut up fingers. Ugh. Well, my worry that they weren't good enough seems unnecessary. They're both working well. I've vaped 1/3 of the v3 and half the vs.
Fluffed up weeks definitely help keep things in order As long as the feeders aren't feeding too little, it seems to be pretty forgiving.

Once again, your killing my hopes of trying another Atty. I'm a TH hound so I love the throat hit. And your responses just tell me stay on track, it doesn't get much better for a tank... I always say it hits like a dripper but with a big tank.

Its been an underated Atty for sure.

Yeah bud, you've found a real winner, especially when it comes to TH imo.

Not sure why it's difficult to prep the mesh.....you know how people use scissors to "curl" ribbon so it goes all twisty (like for wrapping a present)? You can do that with your mesh strips. This will prep it to make it easy to roll.

I did that actually. Its hard because I have bad, degenerative arthritis and neuropathy.
