I've been using this past several months
I drilled two 11/32" holes through an arcade token (yeah, "where a kid can be a kid"), removed the bottom from two 510 connectors so center pins make contact with neg end of 18650, and drove them through the coin - they're tight enough that I didn't need to solder them (I do need to straighten them once in a while, and still are not loose).
I add the second atty once a day, it's like getting a lungful of concrete - too much vapor. I add the straws once in a while, mostly to eliminate most of the air-leak between the double-atty, but also to cool the vapor (mitigates the concrete effect).
3A micro-switch in tail cap gives bottom press clicky.
warning: be sure to pull bat before pull atty, or else center pins pop up, or out, slightly, and this reduces the lifetime of the rubber grommet in the bat connector.
(sucks my soldering iron died, no money coming in, ran out of flavorings months ago, LOLz)
