Flat Tipped Carts?

Hey all, does anyone know if any company makes flat tipped KR808d-1 cartos? Or maybe there is some sort of tip that can slide over the 808 carts?

A DSE901 cart does fit in a carto w/ the mouthpiece removed, but it will need to be trimmed a little so it doesn't hit the filler. I just tried it to make sure it will work, and it does. But it does affect draw slightly. I'd say I trimmed maybe 2-3mm off of the "skirt" that goes into the cart. Kinda nice actually. I have been meaning to try it. I think I am going to hollow the cart out and see if it works better. Best price I have seen on 901 carts is from strictlyejuice. Might as well get a 901 atty as well, then the shipping will be free. Then you can try out 3-piece.

Thanks for the reply, I'm going to give that a try. What would be nice is a rubber or silicone type sleeve that would slide over the 808 (or whatever type) carts.

The 901s have a very comfortable shape. They were always my fav w/ 510 attys. Works well on my KR8 mega. I can easily and comfortably hold the LONG bugger in my teeth. Thanks for getting me off my bum and doing it. lol

You can also use the 510/901 drip tips on the Kr8 cartos...they work great, too.

saw a video of somebody cutting a hole in the top of the 808 cart-condom to use for this purpose. he chucked out the original cap and rubber grommet inside and just slid the modded condom back on after dripping. haven't tried it myself, but it looked like it worked well in the video.

CJs, I just ordered a drip tip, I'll see how that works.
Skud, That's a great video. Using DocVapor's trick, I just made something that is more of what I'm looking for. I cut out some of the center of a cart condom and slid a flat tip from a 510 cart into it. It's very ugly, but here's a pic:
