I am not sure it does much, maybe smooths a little. It does not seem to hurt at least so I usually add a little. Not sure what it even is, kinda guessing it may have a little malic acid (among other things) and possibly buffers the mix pH a little, but that is pure speculation.
I think it may be more suited for flavors you have already made and find a little harsh. If youre liquid is already smooth then yeah no need to use it. I'm new to DIY so that's my opinion with very limited experience. good luck
I've got to have it for my DIY strong tobaccojuice...It helps smooth out the harsh notes and defines the back ones. If you'll read the description over @ FA's web site they'll break it down for ya Me...I just have to use it for my bakkies which are very strong. If your not seeing a smoothing and flavor pop w/MTS up the % little by little till you get that pop of flavor. Rule of thumb to start @ is 1 drop per 5ml. Good luck & see you in the vapehaze
