Could someone please try to explain the flavors for Ry3, Ry4 and DK TAB? Thank you!

I'm not really good at this. Taste in vaping is an individual thing. My suggestion is to get some samplers and try them. It's the best way to determine whether you like them or not. I really don't like any of them by themselves, but DK TAB makes a good base for some other flavors. But anyway, here's some info:
The RYs are in a range of 1 to 4 with 4 being the sweetest. They come across to me as a slight tobacco flavor but more caramel, chocolate, and vanilla. They are very popular (especially RY4), but differ from vendor to vendor. I thought they were better at a higher nic level.
DK TAB is slightly sweet, very nutty, and a slight tobacco on the exhale. I do not like it by itself, but works well as a base - if you want to do a little mixing. DK TAB is quite popular and just about everyone carries their version of it.
I'm not sure I was much help to you. Perhaps someone else can provide more detail for you. As I said, try them out in small samples. See if it's what you're looking for.

Yep, he pretty much nailed it. We constantly get asked about flavors and it may seem like a weak response but tastes really do vary widely from one person to another. This is part of the reason that we carry well over 200 flavors. We don't expect every person to like every flavor. In fact, there are some flavors that very few people enjoy, but the ones that do enjoy them really love those flavors. We can do our best to explain our interpretation of the flavor, but you may interpret it entirely differently, so the the bottom line is that the only way to know if you like a flavor is to try it.
I also personally know how much tastes varies and have gotten many that are professed great on here, that are awful to me. I was primarily looking for exactly what Bluesman wrote, so it was helpful.
Still not sure about the DK TAB and prefer to stop buying even samples- I assume it's a tobacco leaf flavor of sorts. I wouldn't mind finding something like that just for a change, but so far they have not been good.

To me the DK TAB is one of the closest to an analog flavor except that it has a very "woodsy" aftertaste. RY3 and RY4 seem much sweeter and smoother. But I'm also not a tobacco flavor user, I just know this from testing some new flavors we are putting together.

I'm not good at describing flavors, and I'm not a terribly heavy vaper, but I can tell you with all the juices that have come and gone for me, that MFS DK-TAB is the one single juice that I have to keep a supply of. I get low nic and spike it up to different levels with the unflavored nic juice. Absolutely great juice.
Good post vafromnc. I like the DK-TAB as a mixer, so to speak. And MFS has a good one to do that. MFS also has some tobacco flavors where I can taste the DK-TAB flavor - and I really like some of those. It's all up to you. Straight or mixed. My suggestion would be to try it straight. If that's not what you want, do something with it. The basic method of vafromnc is a good one.
I placed an order last night and forgot to ask for a sample of dk tab- is it too late?
I have some confessin' to do. Somewhere along the line I ordered a 15ml 12mg bottle of RY3 from MFS and gave it to my niece. She brought this to my attention and last night she loaded up a cartomizer for me. I liked it. I can't say I'm going to order a tanker truck full, but I probably will order some at a higher nic level. The MFS blend is slightly sweet but has a nice mellow flavor, notably on the exhale. Still, not enough tobacco flavor for me, but I'll try to fix that. I think the RY4 would be too sweet for me; but if you like sweet, it would probably appeal to you.
