I have seen a lot of posts concerning flavor and rba's. Small chamber, large chamber, single coil, dual coil etc. One way to address the flavor issue is to DIY and good note taking to maximize your flavor to your set up. Not to mention the savings and taste. Same can be said of cartos, just up your percentages to adjust. Good Luck to all.

idk man, junk juice is junk juice, but bad coil setup and airhole will make a good juice taste bad. so maybe 50/50.
I don't use RBA's any longer, I couldn't stand the wicks fouling. I use RDA's on my REO to drip, you don't get the flavor loss which is exactly why I bought the REO and use the RM2's. Cartos and RBA's have way to much "stuffing" to foul. A friend just got an ego style with clearo, which leaked right away and had those long wicks. I congratulated her on quitting smoking and secretly thought, "I am so glad those days of hanging wicks, flavor loss and leaking are OVER!"
I also tailor my DIY, and found I can use a lot less flavoring with the RDA's. Thank you for reminding me of this, because if I make my friend some juice I am going to have to figure out what I used to make for RBA's and clearos!
I never had luck with the top style wicks like in a vivi nova... Always tasted burnt and crappy to me. RDA's is the way to go IMO.

You are right. In my carto days I just upped my Percentages for flavoring so I got the ease of use with no drop in flavor. Now with RM2 percentages have come down to get same great taste. All of this assumes a well made coil with all the considerations that go into it.

I know what RBA is but what is RDA? Sorry for the dumb question although i think maybe rda is just a disposable/regular atty?

I know I call any of the RM2, Cyclone, Divo, Patriot Igos a RBA. But I think to a lot of people these are RDA vs the smaller rebuildables for tank systems that are RBA

in the early years of our lord, a proclamation was issued that the dripping types would henceforth be known as RDAs, to distinguish them from the tank types which would retain the name RBA.
not to be outdone, during the Reformation, splinter religious groups began referring to the tank types as RTAs.

Since I skipped right over all the tank stuff, this ⇧ is exactly how I think. RBA to me is a rebuildable bottom feeding atomizer and RDA is a rebuildable dripping atomizer.
Have you ever tried to keep a woman happy? Yeah it's about the same thing. It just takes tinkering and tinkering some more in my experience also be sure you are squonking properly there is an art to it
